Thanks for your interest in 1300 Cardinal Drive.  All prospective tenants must fill out an application.

Please provide all information requested and note that financial information may be verified against a credit report, which you authorize Lasseigne Properties I to request when you submit your application.

For your convenience, we have attached the application in two different formats.  You only need to use one of the two formats.  Each tenant must submit their own application.

(1) Application Form - Word which you can simply tab from field to field to enter data, and then email to LPropertiesManager@gmail.com.  Each applicant must email their own application from their personal email account.
        

(2) Application Form - PDF which you can print, hand write information, sign and email to LPropertiesManager@gmail.com.


If you list that you will have someone else living with you, we must receive an application from that person as well.

If you do not have sufficient income or rental history to our satisfaction, you may be required to have a parent or guardian sign a Guarantor Form in which they state they will be responsible for any/all unpaid rent or other fees.

It is our goal to process the applications in a timely manner.  In order to do so, you must provide all requested information.  We do call references, and most importantly call past landlords. Be sure you provide this information.

Please note that we strictly enforce all rules and regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all tenants.  We expect the apartment complex to remain quiet in the evenings and do not allow large gatherings or parties.
